Website Design & More

Website Design - Website Maintenance - Virtual Business Marketing

Website design styles change constantly. Today, there are many designs that are considered ‘flat’ designs or the style that is basically a one-page site. These one-page sites give you fewer options, but if you click a link, instead of taking you to a new page, it drops you below into a new section of the same page. While we don’t recommend these sites, we can certainly direct you to some great platforms and templates that will be flexible for your budget and be able to update yourself when you need to get in and make small changes. We offer many types of designs for you to see our style. Our online portfolio is coming soon, so check back often.

To keep your brand fresh, you may want to ditch the old and have a completely new design created for your website. Clients with the time, a specific budget and a clear vision about what they want are perfect clients for us.

Sometimes, budget can be a constraint, so a complete website redesign isn’t going to work. For these clients, we encourage a website refresh instead. With a few new design elements and fresh copy, your site can feel almost brand new and give your clients something new to browse.

We offer flat fee package rates, ongoing monthly maintenance and hourly rates to accommodate just about any budget.

Search Engine Marketing

Wikipedia explains Search Engine Marketing best as, “Search engine marketing (SEM) is a form of Internet marketing that involves the promotion of websites by increasing their visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs) through optimization and advertising.[1] SEM may use search engine optimization (SEO), which adjusts or rewrites website content to achieve a higher ranking in search engine results pages, or use pay per click (PPC) listings.[2]

There are four categories of methods and metrics used to optimize websites through search engine marketing.[11]

  • Keyword research and analysis
  • Website saturation and popularity
  • Back end tools
  • Whois tools

Search Engine Optimization

According to SearchEngineLand.com, “SEO stands for “search engine optimization.” It is the process of getting traffic from the “free,” “organic,” “editorial” or “natural” search results on search engines.”

There are four basic areas we assist our clients with in terms of SEO. Of course, this is a complex subject, but to make it easy for our clients, we’ve broken it down to make it simple. One thing to remember throughout the SEO process is that it is NOT a ‘set it and forget it’ type of project. This is an ongoing project if you want to climb to the top of the Google ranks and stay there. It’s a constant ‘battle.’
